Individual therapy:
People seeking therapy may be struggling with anxiety that they cannot switch off, high stress, depression or difficult inner experience, which are not easily ‘seen’ by others. These experiences may involuntary, repetitive or intense and uncomfortable. People working with me may struggle with self-defeating patterns, emotion dysregulation, may feel stuck, or may be struggling with recurrent painful experiences. Often they come to therapy after already having worked hard to change these patterns. I offer a new perspective, incorporating both practical tools, and new vantage points from which we can co-explore a distressing experience and discover possibilities for optimal response. Top.
